2. What this website is for

This website presents Aipiter, explains how it works and lets you request a demo. Browsing it, or asking for a demo, does not sign you up to any service: each business contracts it under its own agreement, which sets the scope and the price, and under the terms of service.

3. Use of the website

Anyone using the website agrees to:

• Use it lawfully and in good faith, without breaching the law or these terms.
• Not try to reach areas that are not public or get around its security measures.
• Not introduce malicious software or load it with automated requests that hamper how it works.
• Give accurate details when requesting a demo.

Quoting or linking to this website is allowed, as long as its content is not passed off as your own and nobody is made out to be Aipiter.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, design, videos, the Aipiter brand and the software belong to their owner unless stated otherwise. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without permission, beyond what the law allows, such as quotation (article 32 of the Spanish Intellectual Property Law).

Open source components keep their licences and notices. WhatsApp, Meta and the other brands named here belong to their owners: naming them implies no relationship with them and no endorsement.

We take care to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but what binds us in the service is each business’s contract. We are not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or by failures of networks outside our control.

Links to other websites are offered for reference. As article 17 of the LSSI provides, we are not liable for their content unless we know it to be unlawful and fail to remove the link.
