It is Aipiter’s team module for companies without a staff management program. It brings together each employee’s record with their site and role, holidays with the balance of days left, absences, documents and the dates that matter, such as the end of a contract. Each person sees their own from their phone and requests days there; the assistant tells them how many they have left without seeing anyone else’s. Together with time tracking and shift scheduling, it covers the team’s day to day.

Folders versus panel
A company of ten or twenty people does not need enterprise HR software, but it does need to stop tracking holidays in a spreadsheet. Aipiter’s team module covers the everyday, people, days, absences and documents, and lives in the same panel you already use to look after your customers.
If you have two venues or several clinics, each employee belongs to their site and each manager sees their own. Holidays at one site do not clash with another’s, and whoever runs the whole company sees everything together.
Payroll and social security stay with your accountant or payroll software: Aipiter does not calculate them. What it does is hand over the data in order, days, absences and hours from time tracking, so nothing has to be copied across.
Knowing who works on Saturday matters when planning shifts and also when booking: the calendar only offers slots for people who are in, and the internal chat tells the team about a change. That is why the team and the customers share a panel.
