Subprocessors
Who is involved when Aipiter processes data on behalf of a client business, and where each one keeps it.

1. What this list is
When a business uses Aipiter, it is responsible for what it keeps about its customers and Aipiter is its processor. The providers on this list are subprocessors: they process that data only to deliver their part of the service, under a contract that imposes the same obligations on them as on Aipiter (article 28.4 GDPR).

Google Cloud’s technical logs use the default global location of its logging service and are kept for 30 days. The system configuration does not accept regions outside Europe for the servers or for the model.
3. Meta, WhatsApp and Instagram
Meta is involved when a business connects its WhatsApp Business account or its Instagram professional account. It is not a subprocessor of Aipiter: the business accepts Meta’s terms directly and has its own relationship with Meta.
4. Changes to the list
Before adding a subprocessor we review which data it will process, its security, where it keeps the data and its safeguards, and we notify client businesses so they can object, as provided by article 28.2 GDPR and their data processing agreement.
