Campaigns and automations

WhatsApp marketing that reaches people who asked for it and answers whoever replies.

Campaigns with templates approved by Meta, only for customers who agreed to receive them, and every reply handled in your inbox like any other conversation.

WhatsApp marketing

  • Separate marketing consent
  • Templates approved by Meta
  • Automations without technical flows
  • Every send with its status

What Aipiter’s WhatsApp marketing is

It is Aipiter’s WhatsApp campaigns and automations. You send messages with templates approved by Meta to customers who have agreed to receive marketing, kept separate from service notices such as reminders. You can launch a campaign or set rules like “when this happens, send that”, such as winning back customers who have not been in for months or asking for a review after a visit. When someone replies, the conversation lands in your inbox and the WhatsApp assistant handles it. Anyone who opts out never receives another campaign.

A campaign, from list to reply

Chosen, sent and answered.

What happens when a florist announces that the tulips have arrived.

  1. You choose who

Only customers who agreed to receive promotions appear. You filter by tags or by what their record shows.

  2. Sent with an approved template

The message uses a template Meta has approved. You see how many are delivered, how many are read and how many get a reply.

  3. Replies get answered

Whoever replies opens a conversation handled by the assistant or your team, and it stays with that person’s history.

What Aipiter’s WhatsApp marketing does.

Six pieces to message your customers without losing their trust or Meta’s.

  • Separate marketing consent

Permission to receive promotions is stored separately from service notices. A confirmed appointment does not grant permission for a campaign.

  • Templates approved by Meta

Sends to lists go out with approved templates through the official API, never with tools that bypass WhatsApp’s rules.

  • Automations without technical flows

“When this happens, do that”: win back customers who stop coming, ask for a review or send a survey, without drawing diagrams or writing instructions for an AI.

  • Every send with its status

Pending, in progress, completed, paused or failed. If something fails, it shows up as pending work, not hidden behind a reassuring message.

  • Results for each campaign

You see the difference between sent, delivered, read and replied, campaign by campaign.

  • Instant opt-outs

Anyone who asks to stop stops receiving campaigns there and then. Messaging only people who want it also protects your number’s quality with Meta.

Manual broadcasts versus campaigns

Messaging your customers without broadcast lists or blocked numbers.

Messages by hand

  • Contacts are copied into a broadcast list on the phone.
  • Nobody knows who gave permission and who did not.
  • Replies get lost among personal chats.
  • A send with unofficial tools puts the number at risk.

Campaigns in Aipiter

  • Each customer’s permission is stored.
  • Campaigns go out with approved templates.
  • Each reply opens an answered conversation.
  • Opt-outs take effect instantly.

WhatsApp automation for small businesses

A hair salon messaging people it has not seen in two months, an academy telling former students about the new course, a workshop asking for a review after a repair: simple rules set up once that work every day.

Bulk WhatsApp messaging, the official way

Sending to a large list is only possible with the WhatsApp Business API and approved templates. Tools that automate the phone app break Meta’s rules and put the number at risk. Aipiter always uses the official route.

Campaigns and service, each in its place

An appointment reminder is a service notice; a promotion is marketing. Aipiter keeps them apart: consent for one does not count for the other, and someone who opts out of promotions can keep receiving their reminders.

What happens when someone replies

A campaign is only worth it if whoever replies gets an answer. In Aipiter, every reply reaches the same inbox as all other conversations, the WhatsApp assistant, which knows your services and hours, handles it and it stays in the CRM.

Questions about WhatsApp marketing

Can I message all my contacts?

Only those who have agreed to receive marketing. Meta’s rules and the law require it, and Aipiter leaves anyone without that permission out of campaigns.

What is an approved template?

A message format Meta reviews before it can be used. It is needed to message a customer who has not written for more than a day, and campaigns are written that way.

Which automations can I set up?

Win back customers who stop coming, ask for reviews, send surveys or suggest something based on their history, always with their permission. They are set up as rules, with no technical flows.

What happens when someone replies?

A conversation opens in your inbox. The assistant answers using only what your business has published, or whoever on your team picks it up.

How does a customer opt out?

By saying they do not want any more. From then on they receive no campaigns and the conversation goes to your team.

Can I see each campaign’s results?

Yes: how many messages were delivered, how many were read and how many got a reply, with each reply in its conversation.

Does it use the official WhatsApp API?

Yes. Everything goes out through the WhatsApp Business API with templates approved by Meta, never by automating the phone app.

Let your next campaign reach people who want it.

We show you a campaign with your customers: who it reaches, how they reply and how each reply is handled.
