Operational solutions

The same foundation. Your business’s operational language.

Each company activates its own modules, rules and tools on a shared but isolated core. We do not hand over an empty builder or generic answers.

Frequently asked questions

Start with your process.

How does Aipiter adapt to different industries?

Each operation has its own vocabulary, data, tools and rules. An academy works with groups and places; a property business with opportunities and visits. A shared foundation does not remove business differences or justify reusing permissions without reviewing them.

Which process should be automated first?

Start with repetitive work that has a reliable information source, explainable rules and an available owner. Selection also considers exceptions and the consequences of an error. The first process does not need to be the business’s most complex or critical task.

Can a clinic delegate clinical decisions to Aipiter?

The clinic journey described here focuses on service information, availability, appointments and bounded reception tasks. It does not position the agent as a substitute for professional judgement. Cases requiring clinical assessment or specialist attention must be directed to the appropriate staff.

Does listing an industry mean its solution is ready to deploy?

No. The industries illustrate processes that can be assessed, not ready-made deployments for every business. Scope, tools, rules and acceptance tests are defined before contracting. A visual demonstration explains the journey; it does not replace those checks.

Availability control

The sector changes configuration and permissions, not the duty to confirm, audit and protect data.
