The documents that govern Aipiter, what we can prove and how to tell us about a security problem.

Updated

1. The documents

2. How the service is protected

Sign-in with a second factor, permissions by role, each business isolated from the rest, the assistant’s limits and hosting in the European Union are explained one by one on the security page.

3. What we can prove

Only what can be backed by a document is published here: the terms and the data processing agreement each business signs, and the safeguards of the providers listed under subprocessors. Aipiter shows no seals or certifications it does not hold, and does not present itself as a Meta partner.

4. Incidents

If an incident affects a client business’s personal data, we tell it without undue delay, with what we know, so it can meet its own obligations (article 33.2 GDPR). Each business’s service, notice and support commitments are in its contract.

5. Reporting a security flaw

If you think you have found a security flaw, write to us at hola@aipiter.com with the subject «Security» and what is needed to reproduce it. Do not include personal data that is not needed or content from other businesses, and do not access other people’s data or disrupt the service to test it. We will reply to agree how to receive the details.

6. When these pages are reviewed

Whenever the product, a provider or a rule changes. Each page shows the date of its last update at the top.
