Channels

The conversation moves. The work stays connected.

Aipiter brings every input into one identity, permissions, knowledge and operations core. We only mark as available what has passed complete validation.

Frequently asked questions

Different channels. Shared rules.

What does connecting multiple channels in Aipiter mean?

It means each input can share an identity, permissions, knowledge and operations core rather than creating an isolated system for each channel. It does not mean every channel is active or that conversations can move between them without identity and consent checks.

Which channels are planned beyond WhatsApp?

The architecture covers Instagram and Messenger, email, web and voice. Each has its own dependencies, permissions and validation. WhatsApp is the initial channel under validation; the others are presented as planned or architecturally supported, not as already accepted connectors.

Can the same customer be recognised across channels?

Linking must rely on authorised identifiers and checks, not assumptions made by a model. Before context is shared across channels, the system must establish which identity is verified, which information may be used and which preferences or consent requirements apply.

Do we need to connect every channel from the start?

No. The scope can begin with one priority input and process. Adding another channel requires reviewing its experience, policies, failures and human handoff. A shared operational foundation avoids duplicated work but does not remove the need for channel-specific validation.

Availability control

Each channel keeps its official policies, consent rules, windows and limits.
