Quoting online from your phone or computer
The quote is prepared and approved from the panel, on a computer or a phone, with nothing to install. An installer quoting straight after a site visit can have it sent before reaching the next job.

Quotes, versions and follow-up
The AI understands what the customer asks for and suggests lines from your catalogue; the software calculates with your prices, you approve it and it goes out as a PDF with your brand.
Quote software
It is Aipiter’s quotes module. A quote is created by hand or from a request that arrives by email, WhatsApp or the website: the AI identifies what is being asked for and suggests lines from your catalogue, and the software does the maths with your prices, discounts and taxes. You review it, approve it and it is sent as a PDF with your brand from your own email. Each version keeps its values, you see whether it is accepted, rejected or expired, and Aipiter follows up the ones still waiting for an answer. A quote is not an invoice: invoices stay in your invoicing software, connected through integrations.
A quote, from request to reply
The path of a refurbishment request that comes in by email on a Tuesday afternoon.
The customer writes what they need. Aipiter identifies it, matches it to your catalogue and, if something is missing, drafts the question.
Lines, quantities and prices are already filled in at your rates. You adjust what is needed and approve it.
It goes out as a PDF with your brand from your email. If there is no reply, Aipiter runs the follow-up you have authorised.
Six pieces to quote quickly without losing control of what gets sent.
Services, products, bundles, extras, discounts and customer-specific rates, each with its validity dates. The quote comes from there, not from memory.
The AI understands what the customer wants and suggests the lines; the maths is done by the software with your data, never by the AI.
Each service carries the tax treatment you give it. Aipiter does not apply one default rate to every sector.
Each version keeps the prices it was made with. If you change a rate, quotes already sent are left untouched.
Depending on the amount and your rules, a quote asks for approval or goes straight out. Approval covers that content for that customer: if something important changes, it is approved again.
You see which are accepted, rejected or expired. Those still without an answer get the reminder you have authorised.
Template versus panel
The quote is prepared and approved from the panel, on a computer or a phone, with nothing to install. An installer quoting straight after a site visit can have it sent before reaching the next job.
Refurbishment and installers, workshops, catering and events, removals, architecture and engineering. Aipiter takes away the copying and price hunting, and leaves your team what cannot be automated: pricing what falls outside the catalogue.
An accepted quote is not an invoice or a payment. Aipiter handles the quote; you issue the invoice in your invoicing software, such as Holded, connected through integrations, and the panel separates quoted, invoiced and paid when it has that data.
When the customer accepts, the work carries on in the same panel: the visit in the calendar, the work order with its materials and the whole history in the customer record.
Yes. They are prepared, approved and sent from the Aipiter panel, in the browser on a computer or phone.
No. The AI understands the request and suggests which lines from your catalogue apply. Prices, discounts and taxes are calculated by the software with your rates.
Yes. The PDF carries your brand, with the lines, the terms and the quote’s expiry date.
New quotes use the new rate. Quotes already sent keep the prices they were made with.
From your connected Gmail or Microsoft email, so the customer’s reply comes back to your inbox, or from Aipiter’s own sending with your brand.
No. A quote is not an invoice. Invoices are issued in your invoicing software, such as Holded, connected to Aipiter.
Aipiter runs the follow-up you have authorised: a reminder to the customer and, if they raise an objection, a heads-up to whoever owns that sale.
We show you how a real request from your business turns into a quote with your rates and your brand.
