What invoicing software does inside your CRM

VERI*FACTU invoicing software must meet the Spanish invoicing record requirements, with a producer’s declaration for the version used and actual AEAT submission verified before use. Aipiter connects the customer, accepted quote, invoice and payment. The customer’s document, the fiscal record and the payment are distinct.

The sale moves forward. So does the information.

One transaction from the quote through to payment. You review and issue; Aipiter keeps each step connected.

  1. Start with the quote. Or with the customer.

The accepted quote’s items, quantities and prices provide the starting point for the invoice. Without a quote, start from the customer record.

Check tax details, invoice series, taxes and draft contents before issuing. Your logo identifies the document your customer receives.

    Documents, records and fiscal requirements.

An invoice and its invoicing record have different purposes. Before using VERI*FACTU, check the version’s producer declaration, fiscal configuration and actual submission to the AEAT.

Issuing an invoice, receiving a fiscal response and collecting payment are separate events: payment is recorded from its source, rather than inferred from sending a document.

The payment stays with its invoice.

Share a payment link and check the payments linked to the invoice. Record card-terminal payments too.

Sending a link leaves payment outstanding; a recorded payment shows its amount and the remaining balance. When the customer asks what is left to pay, the full transaction is there.

Correct it without losing the original.

Review a draft before issuing it. An issued invoice keeps its contents: the appropriate corrective invoice is linked to it.

If an invoice was issued in error for a transaction that never took place, an annulment record is linked to the original invoicing record. Both are kept. Annulment does not replace a corrective invoice when one is required.

Your accountant gets the full transaction.

Customer, quote, invoice and payments stay connected. Add the accounting module to keep books and bank reconciliation in Aipiter.

Your accountant reviews the documentation and handles the relevant returns. Organising invoices and their records is a different task from submitting a tax return.

    What accounting includes

You should not have to reconstruct a sale.

When Marta asks about her refit, her record brings together the conversation, accepted quote, invoice and payments. Your team works with the same context, without hunting through email for loose documents.

  • Each invoice keeps its origin and customer.
  • Tax status and outstanding balance are separate.
  • A corrective invoice stays linked to the invoice it corrects.
The CRM with the customer’s history

What it covers. What to check first.

Invoicing connects the sale with its documents and payments. We review these decisions with you before setup.

  • Invoices with your identity

Your logo, company details, series and items. Preparation and issuing are separate so you can review what will go out.

  • Spanish tax scope

VERI*FACTU concerns Spain’s invoicing system. The VERI*FACTU guide explains scope, exclusions and dates, with official sources.

  • Accounting when you need it

Books and bank reconciliation are an additional module. Check the accounting scope before adding it to your plan.

  • Your data and permissions

Team access follows their permissions. The security page explains access, data protection and the limits of AI.

Getting set up

Start with how your business invoices.

We prepare the configuration with you before activation. Scope and price are confirmed first.

  1. Review your business

Tax details, activity and the applicable Spanish tax regime. We check the starting point with your accountant when needed.

  2. Prepare for issuing

Your logo, invoice series, customers and usual items. Review the details before issuing your first invoice.

  3. Connect the steps

Quote, invoice and payment in the customer record. Agree who issues, who corrects and how you review states that need attention.

For businesses that quote, deliver and get paid.

  • Workshops

A repair quote follows the customer through to the invoice and payment.

  • Academies

Each family’s information stays with their services, documents and payments.

  • Hair and beauty salons

The delivered service, its customer and the invoice share the same context.

Before your first invoice.

Do I need a quote to issue an invoice?

Start from an accepted quote or prepare the invoice from the customer record. In both cases, review the details and contents before issuing.

Does VERI*FACTU send the PDF to the tax agency?

It submits the invoicing record. The PDF you give your customer is a separate document. The AEAT explains the invoicing modes.

Does issued mean paid?

Issuing, the tax record and payment have separate states. A recorded payment stays with the invoice, and the balance shows what remains outstanding.

Can I change an invoice after issuing?

An issued invoice is not overwritten like a draft. A correction keeps its link to the original. The VERI*FACTU detail explains records, corrective invoices and annulments.

How do Invoicing and Accounting work together?

Invoicing covers quotes, invoices and payments. Accounting connects those documents to entries and books. See the catalogue and terms for your company’s workflow.

Does it cover every business and country?

The tax scope described here is Spain. Regimes and exclusions such as SII and the regional tax authorities need review. The guide explains the scope of Royal Decree 1007/2023.

Is VERI*FACTU the same as business-to-business e-invoicing?

These are separate obligations. VERI*FACTU concerns records produced by invoicing systems. The guide distinguishes the concepts: a PDF or QR alone does not establish support for every electronic invoice format.

Your next invoice, with its whole history.

We prepare the details, logo and invoice series with you. Customer, quote, invoice and payment stay connected.
